The importance of the WHY you do what you do

Define the WHY of your business

Do you ever had thought about it? The Why you’re want to do what you want Personally or in Business?

Its seems obvious but it isn’t so, when you think about it…

Just try to answer the question, of course you could say to make money, to be financially independent but these are not the Why, these are the result you want to achieve or have already achieved….

No, what I mean is to take a look at your thoughts and everybody’s else’s that are involved, there is some purpose behind, grab deep and you will find it, be honest with yourself, consider the reasons objectively.

Many businesses failed because they never defined their WHY so when difficult times arrives everything is questioned and sometimes decisions made in precipitation with a not desirable outcome…

Take a peek into your heart, trust your gut feeling, to better understand your thoughts leading to your WHY you could write down a list, brainstorm alone or in team or eventually everybody for himself than brainstorm a and see the matching points, ideas that could help:

What are you hoping to achieve in business or personally?

What does success represent for you?

Where do you want to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years?

This will help understanding your why you do what you do, what your purpose (and businesses) are,

Write down and then refine to more concrete so you can judge if it makes sense,

As stated before trust your gut feeling, this works in our subconscious, every time we absorb information it is somehow stored, even if we don’t think about it anymore, it will come up and ‘feel’ it’s OK or not…surely you had this feeling a lot of times, thrust your experience, thrust yourself.
